Understanding Odds

Understanding how odds work is very important if you’re new to betting.

You can also find out how much money you can win with these odds. You can also tap on any odd number to get more details.

There are 3 betting odds types:

– American

– Decimal

– Fractional

American odds are usually used in the US. You can also change them at any time by clicking the odds selector.

When using the American Odds format, moneylines (along with spreads and totals) are based on a $100 standard betting unit.

How to Place a Bet

To place a bet, just find the event and the outcome that you’re interested in and click on it to add it to your bet slip. The green numbers indicate the potential payout.

You can also view all of the picks that are waiting to be placed by clicking the right-hand side of your screen.

In the bet slip, you can also select the number of Parlays, Singles, and Round Robins that you would like to bet on.

After you confirm your bet amount and selection of the outcome, you will see a receipt for all of your transactions.

Quick Start: Glossary of Betting Terms

Futurelines are odds that are available for events in the future. They are typically offered well in advance of any tournament or event.

Moneyline: The moneyline is simply the odds for 'Who will win?’

No Action: A wager that is cancelled/void with money refunded.

Parlay Bets: A parlay bet is a bet where multiple picks are selected to form a winning combination. The total number of picks must be selected correctly to win the bet.

Point spread or point differential is a type of odds that shows how many points one team will have added to its score based on the line. The winner of this bet is the team with the most points added to its score.

The potential win is the amount that you would get back if the bet was successful. It is computed based on the odds of the selected event and the amount of money that was placed on it.

Round robins are a type of betting where you place multiple bets on one transaction. Please confirm the amount that you want to place across all your transactions.

Quick Start: Live Betting

Bet on games while the action is unfolding live! Live betting is available on 100s of games a week.

When placing live bets, you will see odds continually changing based on the real-life events on the field, court, ice, or track.

Due to the varying odds, it can take a bit longer for your bet to be processed. Once the outcome is known, you will see the live odds settle as soon as it is.
